Term 3 goals and reflections

Values - I am now more confident than I was in the start of the year
Maths - i have gotten better a little bit
Writing - I have improved in my writing by a lot

Harry Potters final battle

By morning I was surrounded by rocks and broken concrete. I reached for my wand. I would not let Voldemort take over Hogwarts. I was tired, and I had Bruses and cuts all over me. I will never give up. The clouds grew darker as I waited to battle Voldemort at Hogwarts castle.

I shot up as held my wand firmly. The wind was burning my face as it blew across me. I couldn't help but to wonder how Ron and Hermione were getting chased by Voldemort's snake.

I struck at Voldemort with my wand and it was powerful. The green flame came further towards me and it started to get hotter and hotter as the battle grew on.

Ron and Hermione ran as the snake chased them. The snake snapped his mouth as it jumped them. BAM! POW! Neville pops out of nowhere and strikes towards the snake and chops it's head off. Grey smoke exploded out of it. The battle returned I was winning. Voldemort wand started to split at the moment I strike and I win the battle Voldemort's ashes and dust floated away along with is body too at last we were all safe!

Sky Diving

It was one fine day and it was the day for skydiving. My mum gave me some vouchers for my birthday. I drove to the airport it took an extremely long time to get there. I'm going skydiving with my friend William. Knock, knock, knock here he is I'm so excited.

The day is finally here. I woke up and did all my jobs at 5 am and drove off to Dubai's skydiving centre. It was a very cold icy morning and I finally. The men were already waiting for us, they put the harness on me and william. I was worrying about whether the parachute strings would or if the the parachute wouldn't open. William said " that won't happen "

We walked towards the plane. I could smell the diesel coming out of the plane. We sat in our seats and the pilot took off. We were flying in the air but then I saw a first aid kit 10 of them and that really worried me. I asked the pilot "do many people get hurt skydiving?" He replied "oh sometimes if your parachute doesn't open because those teenagers play with the harnesses and muck up the parachutes, but you'll be right." We were already nervous enough.

Then he yelled time to jump 3,2,1 and I'm off flying in mid air with William on my back. I never thought this could happen. We pulled the parachute and we went slower and slower and I landed safely on the ground. I was glad to be back on earth. My ears were popping and I drove back home to tell my my family about my adventure.

Mount cook

One cold night Jim and his friends named John, Jake and Jim went to Mount Cook. They used their climbing ropes to get to the top because it was a very steep hill. My friends are very fit but when it came to me was like I can't do this. I tried it and it was as cold as ice or colder. Everyone was like 100 metres away from them. I said to myself " man,I'm never doing this again it's freezing by the time I get up to the top of the mountain and back down I will probably be dead" that's how tired I feel. I heard a noise up ahead, I looked up and it was Jake yelling "RUN AVALANCHE " we ran and ran and boy, was I in luck there was a tree, I climbed to the very top and was sad to see that my friends were buried under all that snow. By the time the avalanche stopped it was too late, they were dead so I kept on walking but over night it was too cold I froze to death.

The Dog Sister

I couldn't believe it I walked home from school only to see that my sister was sleeping like a dog on the couch. Then she jumped up on me and begged like a dog so I went in the kitchen to give her some food then she was happy. Finally she scratched on the door because she needed to go and have a play outside she then dug a giant hole (but I didn't know. ) I went outside then KAPOW SMASH BANG BOOM, I had fallen in the hole. :(
